Terms of Service
OpusLog 이용약관입니다. These terms explain the basic rules for using OpusLog, including the web service and connected AI tools.
Effective date: June 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
1. 약관의 동의
- By creating an account, signing in, or using OpusLog, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
- If you use OpusLog on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
- If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
- 계정을 만들거나 로그인하거나 OpusLog를 사용하면 본 이용약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
- 단체나 기관을 대신해 OpusLog를 사용하는 경우, 해당 단체를 대표해 약관에 동의할 권한이 있다고 진술하는 것입니다.
- 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 사용하지 않아야 합니다.
2. The Service
2. 서비스의 내용
- OpusLog is a repertoire and program archive for classical vocal musicians.
- The service helps users create, import, search, organize, and share programs, repertoire entries, works, notes, poster-import drafts, and related archive data.
- OpusLog may provide integrations with AI tools through OAuth and MCP so that users can access supported OpusLog functions from those tools.
- OpusLog는 성악가를 위한 레퍼토리 및 공연 프로그램 아카이브 서비스입니다.
- 사용자는 프로그램, 레퍼토리, 작품, 메모, 포스터 가져오기 초안, 관련 아카이브 정보를 만들고, 가져오고, 검색하고, 정리하고, 공유할 수 있습니다.
- OpusLog는 OAuth와 MCP를 통해 AI 도구 연동을 제공할 수 있으며, 사용자는 연결된 도구에서 지원되는 OpusLog 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. Accounts and Security

- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected accounts secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from OpusLog’s failure to protect the service.
- You should promptly revoke integrations or contact OpusLog if you believe your account or an AI tool connection has been compromised.
- 사용자는 로그인 정보와 연결된 계정을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
- 사용자는 정확한 계정 정보를 제공하고 합리적인 범위에서 최신 상태로 유지해야 합니다.
- OpusLog의 서비스 보호 실패로 인한 경우를 제외하고, 사용자의 계정을 통해 발생한 활동에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
- 계정이나 AI 도구 연결이 침해되었다고 판단되면 즉시 연결을 해제하거나 OpusLog에 연락해야 합니다.
4. User Content and Permissions

- You retain ownership of programs, repertoire entries, notes, uploaded files, and other content you create or upload.
- You grant OpusLog a limited permission to host, process, display, transform, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload posters, program text, images, or other materials.
- Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
- 사용자가 만들거나 업로드한 프로그램, 레퍼토리, 메모, 파일 및 기타 콘텐츠의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다.
- 사용자는 OpusLog가 서비스를 제공하고 개선하는 데 필요한 범위에서 해당 콘텐츠를 저장, 처리, 표시, 변환, 전송할 수 있는 제한적 권한을 부여합니다.
- 포스터, 프로그램 텍스트, 이미지 또는 기타 자료를 업로드할 권리가 있는지 확인할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
- 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
5. AI Tool Integrations

- When you connect an AI tool, OpusLog will allow that tool to act within the scopes you approve.
- AI tools may generate imperfect requests or summaries. You should review important changes before relying on them, especially imports, publishing, or edits to archive data.
- Publishing requires an explicit user request. Permanent deletion, if enabled for an environment, is treated as a separate high-risk action.
- You may revoke connected AI tools from account settings or through the relevant AI tool interface where supported.
- 사용자가 AI 도구를 연결하면 OpusLog는 사용자가 승인한 권한 범위 안에서 해당 도구가 작동하도록 허용합니다.
- AI 도구는 불완전한 요청이나 요약을 생성할 수 있습니다. 가져오기, 공개 발행, 아카이브 수정처럼 중요한 변경은 사용자가 확인한 뒤 신뢰해야 합니다.
- 공개 발행은 사용자의 명시적인 요청이 있을 때만 진행됩니다. 영구 삭제 기능이 특정 환경에서 활성화된 경우 별도의 고위험 작업으로 취급합니다.
- 사용자는 계정 설정 또는 해당 AI 도구가 지원하는 인터페이스에서 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.

- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, scrape at unreasonable scale, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use OpusLog to upload malware, spam, illegal content, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person, ensemble, institution, or organization.
- OpusLog may suspend or limit access if needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
- 서비스를 오남용하거나, 무단 접근을 시도하거나, 운영을 방해하거나, 과도한 규모로 수집하거나, 보안 장치를 우회해서는 안 됩니다.
- 악성 코드, 스팸, 불법 콘텐츠, 타인의 개인정보나 지식재산권을 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인을 사칭하거나 개인, 앙상블, 기관, 단체와의 관계를 허위로 표시해서는 안 됩니다.
- OpusLog는 사용자, 서비스, 법적 준수를 보호하기 위해 필요한 경우 접근을 정지하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.
7. Sharing and Public Pages

- Most archive data is private by default unless you choose to publish or share it.
- If you publish a program or create an unlisted link, people with access to the public page or link may view the shared information.
- You are responsible for reviewing what will be public before publishing or sharing.
- 대부분의 아카이브 정보는 사용자가 직접 공개하거나 공유하지 않는 한 기본적으로 비공개입니다.
- 프로그램을 공개하거나 링크 공유로 설정하면 해당 페이지나 링크에 접근할 수 있는 사람이 공유된 정보를 볼 수 있습니다.
- 공개 또는 공유 전에 어떤 정보가 외부에 보이는지 확인할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
8. Service Changes and Availability
8. 서비스 변경과 이용 가능성
- OpusLog may add, modify, or remove features as the product evolves.
- The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, incidents, third-party provider outages, or events outside OpusLog’s reasonable control.
- OpusLog will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but does not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
- OpusLog는 제품 개선 과정에서 기능을 추가, 변경, 제거할 수 있습니다.
- 점검, 장애, 제3자 제공업체 장애, 합리적으로 통제하기 어려운 사건으로 인해 서비스가 중단될 수 있습니다.
- OpusLog는 불필요한 중단을 피하기 위해 노력하지만, 서비스가 항상 이용 가능하거나 오류가 없다고 보장하지는 않습니다.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9. 면책과 책임 제한
- OpusLog provides archive and productivity tools, not legal, accounting, copyright, tax, or professional advice.
- Catalog metadata, OCR, AI-assisted imports, and generated summaries may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing important records before use.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpusLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- OpusLog는 아카이브와 생산성 도구를 제공하며, 법률, 회계, 저작권, 세무 또는 전문 자문을 제공하지 않습니다.
- 카탈로그 메타데이터, OCR, AI 보조 가져오기, 생성된 요약에는 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 중요한 기록은 사용자가 확인해야 합니다.
- 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 OpusLog는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적, 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
10. Changes to These Terms
10. 약관 변경
- OpusLog may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or operational needs change.
- If a change materially affects users, OpusLog will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method.
- Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
- OpusLog는 서비스, 법적 요구사항, 운영상 필요가 변경되는 경우 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다.
- 사용자에게 중대한 영향을 주는 변경이 있는 경우 서비스 내 안내 또는 합리적인 방법으로 알립니다.
- 변경된 약관의 효력 발생 후 서비스를 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
